/KASE, May 12, 2020/ – Fund of Problem Loans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of its Board of Directors dated May 3, 2020, the following persons were appointed to the composition of the Management Board:

• Uvaliev A. – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Tyurekhodzhaeva I. – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Dyusenov D. – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Sabdenov D. – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account said change, the Management Board of the Fund of Problem Loans JSC consists of five persons: E. Elshibaev, I. Tyurekhodzhaeva, D. Dyusenov, A. Uvaliev, D. Sabdenov.
