/KASE, May 12, 2020/ – Baiterek Development (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the
decisions of its sole shareholder made on April 29, 2020:
The sole shareholder made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2019;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the company’s net income
of KZT15,815,415,000 for 2019:
- to allocate KZT4,745,221,382 for payment of dividends to sole shareholder;
- the rest in the amount KZT11,070,193,618 to remain at the company’s disposal.
