/KASE, May 11, 2020/ – Fund of Problem Loans (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision
of the sole shareholder of April 27, 2020, the following persons were elected to
the Board of Directors:
- B.Sh. Sholpankulov– a member of the Board of Directors;
- B.Kh. Tashenev – a member of the Board of Directors;
- S.E. Kenesarin – independent director;
- E.R. Turgunaliyev – independent director;
- E.I. Yelshibayev – a member of the Board of Directors.
Currently, the Management Board of the Fund of Problem Loans comprises five
people.
