/KASE, May 5, 2020/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 29, 2020 N. Ospanov – a member of the Management Board – was removed from the composition of the Management Board.

Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Atameken-Agro consists of three persons: K. Islamov, A. Dyusembaev, A. Sajitova.
