According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 377,797,218 pieces;
• all authorized shares of the company are issued;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total issued shares of the company is the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
