/KASE, April 28, 2020/ – SFC EKA-Invest (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), hasinformed KASE of the decision of
its sole shareholder of April 27, 2020.
The sole shareholder made the following decisions:
- approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- conduct audit of the annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to conclude audit contract with relevant company that has state license to
carry out audit activities.
The sole shareholder has taken decision on four issues of the agenda.
