/KASE, April 20, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange receives an extract from the shareholder registers of Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) as at April 1, 2020.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 260,000,000 pieces;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 1,390 common shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna, which owns 234,000,001 common shares of the company (90.00% of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 90.00% of the total number of the company's outstanding common shares).
