The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by Ernst & Young LLP.
According to the auditor’s report, consolidated financial statements present
fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of KEGOC
and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2019, and their consolidated financial
results and cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with IFRS.
