/KASE, April 6, 2020/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 30, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- Removed: Mehmet Jan Ilkin – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- appointed: Alain Perro – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, James Michael Lafferty – member of the Board of Directors,
independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of RG Brands JSC
consists of seven persons: K. Mazhibayev, E. Koshkinbayev, T. Kaltayev, Franck
Behnamou, Hans Dewaele, Alain Perro, James Michael Lafferty.
