/KASE, April 3, 2020/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 2, 2020, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• Bian Dyzhy, a member of the Board of Directors, removed;
• Fan Zyazhun, a member of the Board of Directors, appointed.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz consist of six persons: Zh. Marabaev, Fan Zyazhun, B. Naizabekov, Pan Zhisyun, Dun Syuchan, B. Elamanov.
