/KASE, April 3, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that a general meeting of
holders of bonds KZ2C00004059 (KASE main market, category "bonds", ATFBb16) will
be held on April 23, 2020 at 09:30 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows:
- on appointing the chairman of the general meeting of holders of said bonds;
- on approval of the agenda of the general meeting of holders of said bonds;
- on making amendments to the issue prospectus of said bonds convertible into
ordinary shares of the bank
