In Kazakhstan in 2002 sum of investments into the main capital due to budget means increased by 25.6%

/Kazakhstan today, March 3, 03/ - In 2002 in Kazakhstan the Government invested budget means in the amount of KZT99 bn out of KZT1193 bn that is more by 25.6% than in previous year. KZ-today was informed about it in Kazakhstan statistics agency. In the past year funds from republican budget were invested mainly into development of state management objects - 32.4%, building and reconstruction of objects of transport, including road building - 23.1%, building and repairs of objects on collection, cleaning and distribution of water - 12%, and also building and reconstruction of water supply systems - 9%. The greatest position in development of state investments belongs to Astana (35.9%) and Almaty (9.4%), Atyrau oblast (11.8%), Almaty oblast (5.9%), and the least one - North-Kazakhstan oblast (0.9%). Priority directions of investing funds from local budget, informed statistics agency, were the following branches: building and supporting objects for organization of rest for population, culture and sport - 22.1%, building and reconstruction of roads - 21.9%, building of educational objects - 9.8%, building of sanitary objects - 9.7%, house building - 8.3%, construction works on objects on production and distribution of electrical power, gas and water - 8%. Besides, statistics agency informed, in 2002 there were spent KZT33.4 bn for building of objects, which had been included into the program of state investments, from the republican budget. In particular, there were used KZT870 m or 92.5% of the volume of given funds on the program "Building, reconstruction, major repairs of investigation cells correctional facilities", and on the program "Improvement of irrigative and drainage systems " correspondingly KZT267 m and 69%.
