Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press

Zhaikmunai LLP, a subsidiary of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or
"the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production,
development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, notes the
statement by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") requesting that all listed
companies observe a moratorium on the publication of preliminary financial
statements for at least two weeks.
In accordance with this request, Nostrum will delay the publication of its full
year 2019 results and investor call, which were scheduled to be released on
31st March 2020, to a date that will be determined as soon as possible.
The Company will provide an update on its operations on Tuesday 31st March
2020.
