/KASE, March 26, 2020/ –The Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of March 27, 2020, international bonds XS0474660676 (KASE main market, category "bonds", GB_LOYDe1; US $2.0 bn; with no fixed term; circulation start date – December 16, 2009, semi-annual coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of LLOYDS BANK PLC (United Kingdom, London) are excluded from the number of securities used as underlying assets in automatic repo transactions. The decision was made in accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 32 of KASE internal document "Auto Repo Market Specification ", as the applicable terms of the number specified in paragraph 18 of the Specification were no longer observed with respect to the securities of this denomination.
