/KASE, March 26, 2020/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered changes and amendments to the share issue prospectus and the certificate
of state registration of the issue of authorized shares dated March 20, 2020
replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of
the Financial Market has registered amendments to the share issue prospectus
of the bank;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the increase in the number of
authorized ordinary shares of the bank;
- the issue was divided into 2,096,038,900 ordinary shares KZ1C00000470 and
3,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P00000483.
