/KASE, March 20, 2020/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on April 28, 2020, at 15:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is swapping of the company's shares
against shares of another type, determining the terms, deadlines and procedure
of such swapping.
