/KASE, March 20, 2020/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on
March 18, 2020:
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to distribute net income of the company for 2019;
- to pay dividends on outstanding ordinary shares using 66.5 % of net profit
for 2019 in the amount of KZT915,295,500 calculated as KZT514.50 per ordinary
share.
In total, the decisions on five issues were made at the Annual General Meeting
of shareholders.
