/KASE, March 19, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by the decision of General Meeting of Shareholder made on February 6, 2020 the following changes were made to the makeup of the Board of Directors:

• B.A. Barmamberkov and A.K. Selikanov, members of the Board of Directors, and David Richard Hexter, an independent director, were removed;
• D.A. Pokupatelev and B.M. Otemuratov, members of the Board of Directors, and Rahul Gupta, an independent director, were appointed.

Given this change, Transtelecom’s Board of Directors comprises seven people: N.R. Aliyev, E.O. Isekeshev, K.M. Dosmukametov, S.G. Amrin, D.A. Pokupatelev, B.M. Otemuratov and Rahul Gupta.
