/KASE, March 19, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by the decision
of General Meeting of Shareholder made on March 17, 2020 the following changes
were made to the makeup of the Board of Directors:
- Rumina Arslankyzy and T.K. Kurmangaliyev, members of the Board of Directors,
were removed;
- K.A. Kozukeyev and R.K. Kabdolrakhimov, members of the Board of Directors,
were appointed.
Given this change, Leasing Group’s Board of Directors comprises four people:
A.M. Tulegenov, M.A. Dzhaukenov, E.S. Primbetov, R.K. Kabdolrakhimov and
K.A. Kozukeyev.
