/KASE, March 16, 2020/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 10, 2020 the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Klebanov, S. Kan, A. Karyagin, Zh. Kutbai, E. Tabanov, Kaiser Franz-Josef, Kerr Manfred Josef;
• appointed: A. Klebanov, S. Kan, A. Karyagin, V. Ten, Zh. Kutbai, E. Tabanov, T. Naizabekov, Kaiser Franz-Josef, Kerr Manfred Josef.
