/KASE, March 13, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that the maturity of the following bonds of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (Nur-Sultan) was changed:

• KZ2C00002285 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb8; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; 13.03.09 – 13.03.20, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR; 30/360);
• KZ2C00002293 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb9; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; 13.03.09 – 13.03.20, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR; 30/36);
• KZ2C00002335 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb13, KZT1,000, KZT34.5 bn; 18.03.09 – 18.03.20, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR; 30/360);
• KZ2C00002343 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb14, KZT1,000, KZT34.5 bn; 18.03.09 – 18.03.20, semi-annual coupon, 6.00 % APR; 30/360).

According to provided amendments to issue prospectuses of said bonds:

• the coupon interest rate on said bonds is fixed and will be equal to the cut- off rate, determined according to the conducted trading on bond offering in the trade operator's trading system after the date of registration by the authorized body of amendments to the issue prospectus (repeated offering);
• said bonds' maturity – until expiration of five years beginning from the date of repeated offering.

After conducting the offering of said bonds, respective details of the coupon interest rates and maturities will be put in the trading systems and data bases of KASE.
