/KASE, March 6, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) announces
that on March 10, 2020 an initial offering of bonds KZ2C00006484 (KASE alternative
market, category "bonds", BASPb8) of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty) will
be conducted in KASE trading system by way of subscription to them.
First Heartland Securities (hereinafter, the Seller) will act as the seller
during the subscription to said bonds.
The number of bonds being offered – 3,200,000 pieces, the price per one bond is
KZT1,000.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on March 10, 2020 from 10:30 to
12:30 o'clock Almaty time (ALT).
The security ticker during the subscription – BASPb8. During the subscription
only limit orders will be collected that were submitted to KASE trading system
by the closed method.
The number of bonds in an order will be indicated in pieces. The subscription
conditions contain no restrictions on buyers with regard to the maximum number
of bonds in orders submitted.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is March 10, 2020; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is March 10, 2020; the settlement date is
March 10, 2020. The Central Securities Depository JSC will carry out
settlements.
Applications for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange

According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the issuer of said bonds must include the following
information:
1) the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the individual or the name
of the legal entity;
2) IIN of an individual or BIN of a legal entity;
3) citizenship of an individual or the state of incorporation of a legal entity.
