/KASE, March 4, 2020/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated February 28, 2020, M. Amirkhanov,
managing director for risks and legal issues, was excluded from the
Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Samruk-Energy
consists of four persons: B. Zhulamanov, S. Tutebaev, M. Uldanov, A. Ryskulov.
