/KASE, March 4, 2020/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE "of
termination upon mutual agreement of the Contract dated December 7, 2018,
concluded between the Company and Freedom Finance JSC "On representation of
interests of holders of bonds (indexed coupon KZ2C00004257) from March 2, 2020
and complete termination of provision of services of the Representative of
Bondholders based on the Termination agreement".
