/KASE, March 3, 2020/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on
March 18, 2020 at 15:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders;
- on approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2019;
- on approval of the procedure of distribution of the company's net income for
the elapsed financial year;
- on payout of dividends on ordinary shares and approval of the amount of
dividend per ordinary share;
- on shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its executives
and results of their consideration;
- on consideration of the report of the Board of Directors on work done in
2019;
- on informing the company's shareholders on the amount and composition of
remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and Management Board
for 2019.
