provided KASE with the following press release dated February 20, 2020:

JSC National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" ("Kazatomprom") held an in-person Board
of Directors ("Board") meeting on 20 February 2020. Following the resignation of
John Dudas from Kazatomprom's Board on 6 December 2019, the Chairman positions
for the Strategic Planning and Investment Committee, and the Nomination and
Remuneration Committee of Kazatomprom's Board of Directors were left vacant. As
a result, the Board made the following appointments during the recent meeting:
- Neil Charles Longfellow, independent director, was elected as Chairman of the
Strategic Planning and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of NAC
Kazatomprom JSC;
- Russell Francis Banham, independent director, was elected as Chairman of the
Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of NAC
Kazatomprom JSC.
