/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – Insurance company Amanat (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
February 17, 2020 the following changes were made to the composition of the
company's Management Board:
- removed: L. Slozhenikina – deputy Chairman of the Management Board, M.
Ayukhanova – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- appointed: E. Nurgaliev – first deputy Chairman of the Management Board,
B. Zhasuzak – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Insurance company
Amanat JSC consists of eight persons: E. Begimbetov, E. Nurgaliev, B. Zhasuzak,
A. Mokhnatkin, G. Prmanshaeva, S. Gavrilov, A. Nekryukova, A. Salimgereev.
