/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
February 13, 2020, changes were made to the composition of the
company's Management Board:
- removed: E. Kayirzhan – member of the Management Board;
- appointed: D. Abdulgafarov – member of the Management Board, M. Saulebai –
member of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of National company
"KazMunayGaz" consists of ten persons: A. Aidarbaev, Zh. Marabaev,
K. Sharipbaev, D. Berlibaev, K. Iskaziev, D. Karabaev, D. Tiesov, D. Khasanov,
D. Abdulgafarov, M. Saulebai.
