/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – Nurbank (Almaty), whose security are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 10:00 a.m. on
March 4, 2020, with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders of the bank;
- on issuance of bonds convertible to ordinary shares of the bank; determining
the terms and the procedure for their conversion;
- on increasing the number of authorized ordinary shares of the bank.
