/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by
the decision of the sole shareholder of February 4, 2020, to make changes to the
makeup of the Management Board:
- D.A. Musiraliyev, chairman of the Management Board, G.U. Kireyeva, deputy
chairman of the Management Board, A.K. Kudaybergenov, Chief Accountant, have
been removed;
- E.S. Ospanov, chairman of the Management Board, A.B. Abishev, deputy chairman
of the Management Board, A.K. Usabayev, Chief Accountant, have been elected.
Given these changes, Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund’s Management Board comprises
three people: E.S. Ospanov, A.B. Abishev and A.K. Usabayev.
