/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the following decisions its sole shareholder made on February 4 and February 7,
2020 related to changes in its Board of Directors:
- D.A. Musiraliyev and K.S. Musayeva, members of the Board of Directors, have
been removed;
- E.S. Ospanov, a member of the Board of Directors, and Giovanni Capannelli, a
member of the Board of Directors and an independent director, have been elected.
Given this change, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund now
consists of three people: E.A. Birtanov, E.S. Ospanov and Giovanni Capannelli.
