/KASE, February 17, 2020/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a
decision of the Board of Directors dated February 14, 2020 on making changes
in the composition of the Management Board:
- removed: Park Gyun Yol – deputy Chairman of the Management Board,
Shin Yong Song – member of the Management Board;
- appointed: V. Kinzerskiy – member of the Management Board, Nam Sang Uk –
deputy Chairman of the Management Board for economic issues.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Rakhat JSC consists of
seven persons: K. Fedorets, N. Belimenko, M. Nurgaziev, R. Zamoludinov,
Zh. Orazbaeva, V. Kinzerskiy, Nam Sang Uk.
