/KASE, February 14, 2020/ – "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of its sole shareholder dated February 4, 2020 on making changes to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: E. Ospanov – Chairman of the Management Board, T. Baidosov – member of the Management Board, deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Abishev – Chairman of the Management Board, managing director, A. Suankulova – Chairman of the Management Board, managing director,
• appointed: R. Kydykov – acting Chairman of the Management Board.
