/KASE, February 11, 2020/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated January 27, 2020, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Dronin – independent director;
• appointed: T. Li – member of the Board of Directors, A. Buranbaev – independent director.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" consists of six persons: M. Alzhanov, A. Gilimov, E. Konurbaev, Zh. Kairanova, T. Li, A. Buranbaev.
