UKTMC OJSC (Kazakhstan) has provided KASE with information about dividends payment for 2001

/KASE, February 18, 03/ - UST-KAMENOGORSK TITANIUM-MAGNESIUM COMBINE OJSC (UKTMC OJSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk), whose shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has provided KASE with information about dividends payment on the company's shares according to results of 2001. According to results of 2001 the size of charged for payment dividends taking into account income tax at the source of the payment (15%) was KZT68,997,994. As of January 1 of 2003 there were actually paid KZT67,541,537. Dividends were not paid in full volume because of shareholders did not present their properties for dividends transferring. [2003-02-18]
