/KASE, February 10, 2020/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00 pm, March 10, 2020, with the following agenda:

- on early termination of powers of members of the company’s Board of Directors;

- on determining the number of Board of Directors’ members;

- on electing the members of the company’s Board of Directors.

- on determining the term of office, the amount and terms of payment of remuneration to the members of the company’s Board of Directors;
