/KASE, February 3, 2020/ – Centras Securities (Almaty), the managing company
of internal unit investment trusts, whose units are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision
of the Board of Directors dated January 29, 2020 the following changes were
made to the composition of the Management Board:
- removed: T. Kamarov – Chairman of the Management Board, M. Akinov –
deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Almerekova – member of the
Management Board;
- appointed: M. Akinov – Chairman of the Management Board, A. Almerekova –
deputy Chairman of the Management Board, member of the Management
Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of "Centras Securities"
JSC consists of four persons: M. Akinov, A. Almerekova, K. Dauletov, M. Melanich.
