On January 29, 2020, the Bank’s Board of Directors made a decision to terminate powers of Anton Konstantinovich Lee, a member of the Management Board, as of February 3, 2020 and to determine the following makeup of the Management Board of ATFBank comprising four people:

1) Sergey Kovalenko, Chairman of the Management Board;

2) Yermek Yesbolovich Arginov, a member of the Management Board;

3) Anar Abilkhanovna Akhimbekova, a member of the Management Board;
