/KASE, January 27, 2020/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
its sole shareholder dated January 16, 2020 "to choose Ernst & Young limited
liability partnership as an audit firm to conduct the audit of financial statements
of Agrarian Credit Corporation, KazAgroFinance and ProdCorporation for 2019."
