/KASE, January 23, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided on January 22, 2020 to include the
following bonds of the Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) in
the KASE Official List under category "bonds" the main market:
- KZ2D00006517 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR;
30/360);
- KZ2D00006525 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR;
30/360);
- KZ2D00006533 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR;
30/360);
- KZ2D00006541 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR;
30/360);
- KZ2D00006558 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR;
30/360) .
This decision of the Listing Commission came into effect on January 23, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
