/KASE, January 23, 2020/ – The Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on January 22, 2020, made a decision to include the following bonds of the Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) in the KASE Official List under category "bonds" the main market: - KZ2D00006517 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2D00006525 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2D00006533 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2D00006541 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2D00006558 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360) . The date of entry into force of this Listing Commission’s decision will be communicated additionally. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issues of these bonds are the fifth-ninth issues under the first bond programme of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 17, 2014 for the total amount of KZT100.0 bn.
