/KASE, January 23, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of Estate Management Company as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 1,200,000,000 pieces, preferred shares - 100,000,000 pieces; - 30,073,000 common shares and 3,000,000 preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the company is the Fund of Problem Loans.
