and Development of the Financial Market (hereinafter, the Agency) appoints its
representatives:
- to the Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE): M.Zh.
Khadzhiyeva, deputy chairman of the Agency, in her absence – E.A. Medeu,
Director of the Department of Securities Market;
- to the BoD Committee on Audit of Issuers – E.A. Medeu, in his absence – Z.S.
Zhumabayev, Chief of Department on Monitoring and Regulation of Issuers of
Securities of the Department of Securities Market;
- to Listing Commission – E.A. Medeu, in his absence – Z.S. Zhumabayev.
