Extract from Fund of Problem Loans's shareholder registers as at January 1, 2020

/KASE, January 22, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of Fund of Problem Loans as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 60,677,925 pieces, preferred shares - 125,000 pieces; - 60,539,600 common shares and 62,093 preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the company is Government Institution "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" .
