/KASE, January 22, 2020/ – PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by the decision
of the sole shareholder of January 17, 2020 the following people have been
elected to the Board of Directors:
- D.N. Turganov, a member of the Board of Directors,
- O.V. Perfilov, a member of the Board of Directors,
- A.A. Yazovskaya, a member of the Board of Directors,
- A.D. Nigay, a member of the Board of Directors,
- E.P. Tabanov, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
- G.E. Andreyev, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Currently, PAVLODARENERGO’s Board of Directors comprises six people.
