/KASE, January 21, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided on January 17, 2020 to include the
following bonds of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) in
KASE Official List under category "commercial bonds" of the main market:
- KZ2D00006566 (BVTBb11, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 12 months; annual coupon of 8.00
% APR; 30/360);
- KZ2D00006574 (BVTBb12, 1 KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 12 months; annual coupon of 8.00
% APR; 30/360);
- KZ2D00006582 (BVTBb13, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 12 months; annual coupon of 8.00
% APR; 30/360);
- KZ2D00006590 (BVTBb14, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 6 months; annual coupon of 7.00 %
APR; 30/360);
- KZ2D00006608 (BVTBb15, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 6 months; annual coupon of 7.00 %
APR; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board came into effect on January 21, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
