Extract from ATFBank's shareholder registers as at January 1, 2020

/KASE, January 21, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of ATFBank as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 4,526,583,490 pieces; - 45,294,733 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the bank bought back 29,190 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares is KNG FINANCE, which owns 45,159,274 common shares of the bank (99.70% of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares or 99.77% of the total number of the bank's outstanding common shares).
