/KASE, January 21, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of First Heartland Jusan Bank as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 697,500,000 pieces, preferred shares - 2,500,000 pieces; - 132,317,024 common shares and all preferred shares of the bank are outstanding; - the sole bank's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is First Heartland Securities, who owns 134,432,897 shares of the bank (99.72% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the bank), including 132,317,024 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the bank) and 2,115,873 preferred shares of the bank (84.63% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the bank).
