/KASE, January 20, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of KazAgro National Management Holding as at January 1, 2020.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 697,108,394 pieces;
• 550,802,214 common shares of the company are outstanding;
• the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the company is Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan GI.
