/KASE, January 20, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy as at January 1, 2020.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 502,040,458 pieces;
• 496,654,806 common shares of the company are outstanding;
• the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the company is Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk- Kazyna.
